Meet us at the Maui Cyclery shop in Pa’ia at 8:00 a.m., where we’ll set you up and ensure your bike is properly adjusted. Don’t worry about forgetting gear; we have everything you need, from helmets and shorts to jackets and shoes. After a detailed ride briefing, we hit the road around 8:30 a.m., with rides lasting around 3 hours covering 40–50 miles and 3,500’–4,500′ elevation gain.

Choose from our seven different routes, each offering breathtaking scenery and unique cycling experiences. Our rides include stops for refueling, photo opportunities, and enjoying local treats like banana bread. The ride pace is entirely flexible and tailored to the preferences of our clients.

Join us for the Haleakala volcano ride, a weekly adventure starting at the shop and reaching up to 6,500′. While we have to turn back at that point, we equip you with all supplies for the remaining 3,523′ ascent and the exhilarating 10,023′ descent back to the shop. This challenging 36-mile climb with an average grade of 6% is not your typical hill climb and requires 6-8 hours in the saddle.

All rentals come with a helmet and a repair kit, including a spare tube and CO2 for quick flat tire fixes. While we recommend bringing your cycling clothes and shoes, we provide pedals, and anything else you might need is available for rent or purchase.

Provide us with your bike measurements on the rental reservation form, and we’ll set your saddle height and reach before pickup. While achieving an exact match to your bike may not be entirely possible, our basic fit will get you pretty close to the perfect ride.
